Na'au & Castello di Bossi at Walua Social

Two of Big Island's top chefs, Chad Yamamoto from Walua Social and Brian Hirata from Na‘au come together to bring Kona a collaborative menu reminiscent of their time spent visiting Tuscany and the Castello di Bossi winery property.
Castello Di Bossi Winery is set within the rolling wooded hills of Chianti, similar to the rugged game areas of the Big Island. Local game meats and delicate wild ingredients are sure to be a focus of the menu for the evening.
Experience a specially curated menu that explores the rich history and techniques of the area's flavors and how their dishes pair with Castello di Bossi wines.
